TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE
We inform you that the General Conditions of Sale, shown below, indicate, in compliance with the regulations to protect consumers, the conditions of online purchase at www.topjetsurfing.com. Please read them carefully and accept them in order to make a purchase.
The General Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) with headquarters in Calle Costantino, 9 35002, Palmas de Gran Canaria (Las), through the Website: www.topjetsurfing.com.
The General Conditions of Sales come into force on the date of their acceptance by the Customer on the Website and comply with the regulations of CL. 1341 of the Civil Code.
The Company reserves the right to modify at any time the General Conditions of Sale provided that the new version is uploaded on the Website.
II. PURCHASE METHOD
The purchase of products is made by a registered Customer. Each product on the Website has an accompanying description.
It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of the product may not be fully representative: the product can differ in color, size, and accessories.
The order confirmation is provided by TOP JET SURFING with an automatic mail response sent to the email address indicated by the Customer at the time of registration. The confirmation message will contain a "number", to be used in case of any communication with the Company. The message will also contain all the data entered by the Customer who takes responsibility for the correctness of the submitted information.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer will receive, via e-mail, bank details to make a correct payment.
In the case of the non-acceptance of the order, TOP JET SURFING ensures to notify the Customer in time.
III. PAYMENT RULES
All prices on the Website are VAT exempt.
Prices may change without prior notice and the only correct price one indicated at the time of the order confirmation.
On certain products subject to price promotions, TOP JET SURFING reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the price amount, upon notice and acceptance by the Customer.
In case of purchase of goods with "bank transfer" payment, the amount will be credited only after receiving the e-mail containing the bank details from TOP JET SURFING. The transfer will be considered valid if made within 5 working days. TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) verifies the accreditation within 2/5 working days from the execution and will send the goods, except for unforeseen circumstances which will be immediately communicated to the Customer by telephone and/or e-mail.
TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) reserves the right to cancel the order in case of non-receipt of payment. In the event that the transfer amount does not correspond to the amount of the order, the Company will contact you to agree on how to proceed with the order fulfillment.
We recommend Customers keep a copy of the bank receipt.

The sending of Goods takes place only after the funds have been received.
In case of the cancellation, either by the Customer or TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) the paid amount will be returned on the Customer’s card (transfer time depends on the bank). In case of the cancellation of the transaction, TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) cannot be held liable for any resulting inconveniences.
TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) reserves the right to ask the Customer additional documents proving the ownership of the credit card. In the absence of the required documentation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.
The safety of transactions is guaranteed by a certified system of data encryption (SSL).
IV. DELIVERY METHOD
TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) accepts orders worldwide.
Customs taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
For every order placed the Company provides a sales document. The Customer may request a copy of the invoice or receipt within a period of three months from their issue.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
No responsibility can be attributed to TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) in case of delay in the order delivery. Upon delivery, please check the following:
- That the packaging is not damaged, wet or otherwise altered;
- That the number of packages is as specified in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or the packaging must be immediately reported to the carrier in writing. Once the carrier’s document is signed, the Customer cannot make any objection regarding the appearance of the Goods.
If the carrier cannot deliver the Goods at the specified address due to circumstances beyond his control and the Customer fails to collect the Goods from the warehouses within 5 working days, the order will be canceled. The Customer, in this case, will be obliged to pay penalties.
All sales are final. Once the order is placed, the Customer won’t be able to cancel it or ask for a refund. The Customer can modify the order if the period of 3 days from its placement has not expired.
All products sold by TOP JET SURFING (LAFLEI SERVICE S.L.) are covered under the manufacturer's standard 12-24 month Warranty for defects. To take advantage of the guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice or sales document sent with the product.
The Warranty manufacturer is provided in the manner described in the documentation within the product. If the defect is not covered by Warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs related to the verification of defects.
The 12-24 month Warranty applies to products that have been used correctly and according to the Technical Documentation. Otherwise, the Company can cancel the agreement with the Customer. If, the Authorized Service Center states that the product failure is due to its unintended use, the Customer will be charged for any costs related to the damage verification.
Failures resulting from the installation process of products are not subject to the present Warranty. The Warranty does not cover spare parts which are subject to wear.
The replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) takes place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer.
In case of returning the product under Warranty, it must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging and in full (including packaging and any additional documents). The product will be protected with wrapping paper and special packaging for transportation purposes.
VI. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The rules on the protection of the personal data are subject to CL. 13, 23 and 26 of Legislative Decree No. 196 dated June 30, 2003.
